Ltd. a specialized trading company of the Yodoko Group (President : Mitsuhiro Nomura), will establish a joint venture company, YC Machinery Co., Ltd., together with Cherng Ji Industrial Co., Ltd. headquartered In Kaohsiung, Taiwan.The new company will handle the sales and distribution of roll forming machines and Related equipment manufactured by Cherng Ji Industrial Co., Ltd. in the Japanese Market. The establishment date is scheduled for April 1, 2026.The Yodoko Group has been addressing various challenges facing the construction and building materials industry, such as chronic labor shortages, delays in the transfer of technical skills, and increasingly diversified customer needs. In response to this business environment, the group has been working on solutions to there Issues as well as on the development of next-generation metal roofing and wall materials.As part of these initiatives, the joint venture company will be established to advance new efforts in the field of roll forming machines that support product development.Cherng Ji Industrial Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer with more than 40 years of history in roll forming machine production and a global sales record exceeding 6,000 units.The investment ratio in the new company YC Machinery Co., Ltd. will be 50% by Yodoko Shoji Co., Ltd. and 50% by Cherng Ji Industrial Co., Ltd. The company will be located within Yodoko Shoji Co., Ltd. at the Yodoko Building in Osaka.Kaneaki Honda will serve as the representative Director and President of the new company.
