Are your roll forming machines custom-designed or standard models? What is the difference?
About 99% of our roll forming machines are custom-designed. A custom machine is engineered from scratch around customer’s sheet thickness, profile cross-section and production speed requirements. A standard model uses a fixed forming profile and sets dimensions and specifications, and therefore has a shorter lead time.

I only have a product sample or a design drawing. Can you still provide a quotation?
Yes. As long as you provide a finished-product sample or a cross-section design drawing (we recommend including the material specification, thickness range and finished-product width), we can begin the evaluation.
What materials can the roll forming machines process? What is the thickness range?
Our standard materials are color-coated steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel. Depending on the machine model, the processable thickness typically ranges from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm. For special materials, please let us know so we can confirm feasibility.
Do you have entry-level machines suitable for small-scale production or start-up factories?
Yes. Based on your requirements, we can recommend solutions ranging from a basic machine to a fully automated production line, and we offer phased expansion plans.
Do the roll forming machines have CE certification? Can they be exported to Europe?
Yes. Our equipment complies with CE certification requirements and can be legally exported to the Europe. We also hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and ISO 14064-1:2018 greenhouse gas inventory certification.

Does the quotation include the uncoiler and cutting equipment?
We can supply a complete line configuration or the main machine alone, depending on the customer’s configuration needs.Our quotations clearly list the standard and optional items to avoid any confusion.
How long does it take from placing an order to shipment?
The production cycle for a standard custom-designed machine is approximately 120 working days. For a turnkey line or a highly complex project, it is approximately 150-180 working days. We will also update to you regularly during production.
How do you verify machine quality and specifications before shipment? (FAT)
Every machine undergoes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before leaving the factory. We run actual forming tests with the material specified by the customer to confirm that the profile dimensions, flatness and production speed meet the specifications.

- Customers may send their engineers to Taiwan to inspect the machine, or request test-run videos and measurement reports.
How are the machines packed and shipped?
Machines are shipped as a bare unit, and loaded into 20 or 40-foot containers (FCL), depending on size. We quote FOB Kaohsiung, and we can also arrange CIF shipping to your designated port.
Do you provide on-site installation and training?
Yes, we would arrange according to your needs. We can send our engineers to the customer’s factory to install the machine, carry out test runs and adjustments, and provide on-site training for operators, including maintenance instruction.

How long is the warranty on the roll forming machines? What does it cover?
We provide a one-year warranty from the shipping date. It covers part defects not caused by human damage, and replacement parts are sent at no charge during the warranty period.
- More: After the warranty expires, spare parts can still be purchased to the original manufacturer’s specifications, so you do not need to worry about discontinued parts.
How can I get technical support if the machine breaks down?
We provide after-sales service through multiple ways, including email and WhatsApp, and we usually could respond within 24 hours. When on-site service is needed, we can send an engineer on a service trip, or help the customer find a qualified local technician.

Do you have service locations in other countries?
